Hello!
My name is Tamara, I was born and raised in Vancouver, Washington. I am half Thai, half White. I have two boys and a dog named Rocky!
I love living in the PNW, going on adventures and exploring new things, from the ocean side to mountains. I am always up for a challenge and like to learn new things. I am all about supporting local businesses and hope to carry more and more local products/offerings from places around town!
I graduated from the Aveda Institute of Portland Oregon in 2011. My first opportunity in the beauty industry was in a Men's salon, which is where I learned most of my hair cutting techniques.
While working for this company, I was trained in straight razor shaves, and took multiple product knowledge and hair styling classes. I was fortunate to meet some awesome people and artist in this industry, which inspired me to continue to grow in my own way.
Being a cosmetologist has really helped me grow into being a confident person and has taught me there is something new to learn. I look forward into meeting you all and thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with you!
